About

I am a UX designer focussed on content strategy with an extensive background in finding, structuring, and refining stories. Stories told with words, yes, but also with visuals, sound, and, most importantly, behavior.

Content strategy and development experience includes commercial work at Razorfish and R/GA, as well as exhibition design for Local Projects (The National September 11th Memorial Museum and augmented reality designs for Frank Gehry's Eisenhower Memorial).

My background is in feature film/TV editing and directing for the theater. Past employers and presenters include The Tribeca Film Festival, Showtime, The BBC, ABC Family, Starz, Playhouse Disney, WNET Thirteen (PBS), The NYSF Public Theater, Lincoln Center Director’s Lab, and Evo Research (now The Loewy Group). A graduate of Vassar College, I also hold a MFA in Directing Theater, and am currently a Masters of Professional Studies (MPS) candidate at NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP).

Punditry from The New York Times about a finale I created: "It is a moment of elation so unexpected that it makes you want to yell, and most people in the theater do."

I like to thrill people with my work, but I'm also happy just to make their day a little easier.
